Knitting kit to make a 1/12th scale patchwork cot cover for a dolls house. The cot cover is made up of 24 small squares which when stitched together will make a cot quilt for a dolls house baby doll. The designs of the squares are kept simple so no matter how rushed you are you can find ½ an hour a day to sit and relax with some miniature knitting.
The kit is suitable for both beginners and intermediate miniature knitters. This is designed to give knitters a chance to try different types of knitting (working in two colours, cable and travelling stitches, textured stitches) on a small scale, and to give the confidence to tackle larger projects, such as an Aran sweater.
Kit contains:
Size 19 (1 mm/US size 5/0) knitting needles, cable needle, 1-ply acrylic yarn – approx 25 metres/yards of each of six pastel colours, pattern booklet with knitting instructions for all squares and edging.
