Kay from New Zealand has recently sent us some beautiful photos of the dolls she knitted using the pattern from the 2017 Advent Calendar<\/a>. Kay has called her dolls Buttercup and Daisy. <\/p>\n

Kay’s knitted dolls in the photo below are shown with a 17-inch tall doll: <\/p>\n

Kay also took part in the Knit-a-long (KAL) we held in the Buttercup Miniatures Group on Ravelry<\/a> and made the following comments about the pattern and KAL:<\/p>\n

This annual KAL is so very well supported with helpful tips from the designer and friendly participation in the Ravelry group. In particular this year, the project was manageable for new knitters but interesting for the more experienced as well. It was a daily oasis in the business of December to open each new section of the pattern.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
