We have a new pattern FP 160<\/strong> for a 1:12th scale knitted dress c. 1935<\/p>\n

Pattern Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ability level – <\/strong>Intermediate

\nMaterials required:<\/strong> Size 19 (1.00 mm\/US size 00000) knitting needles, 65 yards\/62.5 metres 1-ply yarn, stitch holder, small buckle or ring for belt.<\/p>\n

Approximate finished size:<\/strong>
\n1-inch\/2.5 cm wide at waist, sleeve 1\u00be-inches\/4.5 cm long, neck to hem \u2013 4\u00bc-inches\/10.5 cm. To fit a 5\u00bd-inch\/14 cm tall dolls house doll.<\/p>\n

Gauge \u2013<\/strong> Gauge is not important as dolls house dolls (like humans) vary greatly in size and proportions<\/p>\n

The collar overlaps and tucks through a loop to form a bow, this makes it easier for a doll to be inserted into the dress.<\/p>\n
