Orders up to £ 7.50 postage is £ 2.50
Orders of £7.51 to £14.99 postage is £3.00
Orders of 15.00 to £24.99 postage is £3.50
Orders over £25.00 postage is £ 4.00

Europe:

Orders up to £ 7.50 postage is £ 4.00
Orders of £7.51 to £24.99 postage is £6.50
Orders over £25.00 postage is £ 8.00

Rest of the World*:

Orders up to £7.50 postage is £4.50,
Orders of £7.51 to £24.99 postage is £ 9.00,
Over £25.00 postage is £ 12.00.

* Royal Mail will in fact have two charging bands for the rest of the world, zone 1 and zone 2 with zone 2 being more expensive based on geographical location. Our postage rates however for the rest of the world are based on the lower zone 1 costs and we will bear the higher costs where applicable.

Please note:  All parcels posted to destinations in the UK (and most parcels posted overseas) will require a signature on delivery. Delivery is made by Royal Mail. (Royal Mail does not accept delivery instructions from us, so please do NOT add them to delivery instructions on checkout)

If your country is not listed in the drop down box when you register your address with us, we are unable to ship to that country.

From time to time Royal Mail may suspend deliveries to some countries. If your country is affected by this when you place your order, we wil notify you and refund any payment made through our web shop.

Some of these patterns are exclusive to Ravelry and are not offered for sale elsewhere. All these pdf patterns are offered at a cheaper rate than printed patterns on our main Buttercup Miniatures web shop, thus offering you an even greater saving.

So if it is solely patterns you are looking for remember our Ravelry store is available 24/7 for instantly downloadable patterns, with no need to wait several hours for an email from us with your pattern(s) attached, as the e-mail is sent as soon as your payment has been completed.

Please be aware not all patterns on this site are for scale miniatures, scale miniatures designs have 1:12th or 1:24th scale in the design name, please check BEFORE buying, as we are NOT able to give refunds on digital downloads. The eBooks are currently only available to Ravelry members, if you wish to join Ravelry then you may find this article helpful
