Kay from New Zealand has very kindly sent us these photos of hot water bottle covers she made in 3 sizes.
Kay used the pattern for our free 1:12th scale water bottle cover for the 1:6th scale version, which Barbie is holding in the photo above, and adapted the pattern slightly to make some human sized hot water bottle covers too.

I love the pattern with its pocket for nightwear to be tucked inside and warmed up. I’ve made the doll-sized version as per pattern except that I’ve used 1.25mm needles to make it a little bigger for Barbie. For the standard-sized hot water bottle I CO the same number of stitches as the original 1:12th scale pattern; the wool is a heavy DK and I used 4mm needles.
