1:12th scale girl’s elephant dress pattern

This dress has been inspired by the designs and colours of India.

Deigned to fit a 10 cm/4-inch tall dolls house doll.

Materials required: One pair UK size 19/1.00 mm/US size 00000 knitting needles, 100 metres 1-ply yarn in Main colour, 15 metres 1-ply yarn in each of three contrast colours; 2 stitch holders; 3 small buttons or beads for back fastening; small length of cream coloured 1-ply yarn for tusk. Optional 2 mm silk ribbon for sash.

Ability Level: Experienced

Approximate finished size:
Neck to hem – 5.5 cm/2¼-inches, width across hem – 7.5 cm/3-inches, sleeve seam – 3 cm/1¼-inches

Gauge
Measured over stocking stitch: 11 rows and 9 stitches = 1 cm
