Pattern for 1:6th scale long jumpers
To fit a 29-30 cm/11-½ to 12-inch tall doll (including Curvy Barbie)
Ability Level: Intermediate to Experienced
NOTE: Even if you are a very experienced knitter, the cable lattice sleeves are NOT suitable for a first project in miniature knitting.
Materials required for either jumper:
Size 1.50 mm knitting needles, 150 yards/ metres No 10 crochet cotton or 2-ply yarn, 2 stitch holders or safety pins plus cable needle for cable lattice sleeves.
Approximate finished size:
Waist to ankle – 6½-inches/16 cm, 3½-inches/8.5 cm wide at waist, sleeve length – lattice sleeves – 3¼-inches/8 cm; plain sleeves 3¾-inches/10 cm
Gauge – worked over stocking stitch: 7 rows and 6 sts = 1 cm
