Annie’s knitted Monmouth Cap

Annie from the United States has very kindly sent us these photos of the mini Monmouth cap she knitted using the free pattern on our Ravelry store

Annie knitted the cap using US size 2 (2.75 mm) knitting needles and 83.6 yards (76.5m) of Patons Classic Wool Merino in Burgundy

The cap (shown against Annie’s hand on left for scale)

I love your tiny little patterns! I can’t wait to knit more! Actually, the pattern calls for single-ply wool so I unraveled some leftovers from my hubbys sweater. This is my first attempt at ”teenie”. But, Tarrd Marlin must have an authentic seaman’s cap.
It’s A HIT! Fits Tarrd Marlin perfectly! Now I need to make a mini shawl for Mrs. Marlin.
