No doubt many people are by now wondering if an Advent Calendar will be happening at all this year? In previous years the Advent Calendar starts to take shape mid July, see this post for more details of the process. Following last years house move and internet issues, this years process has been delayed by a month or so. But the answer is: yes there will be a calendar.
As previously there will be a new part of the pattern published each day during Advent here on our blog. Following positive comments we received on last years less complex project, once more the project will be similarly less demanding than in recent years.
At present the aim is to provide a knitting pattern, in both 1:12th scale and 1:6th scale (same pattern, but with a change of needle size and yarn thickness). There will be the usual pattern offers each day as well to look out for.
Further details will be published in the coming weeks with, as usual, a materials list in good time before the calendar begins.
