For Intermediate knitters (not suitable for a beginner)
Materials required:
Cushion – Size 17 (1.40 mm) knitting needles, 28 yards/25 metres 1-ply cotton or acrylic yarn in main colour, 11 yards/10 metres 1-ply cotton or acrylic yarn in contrast colour, small amount of stuffing material
Floor rug – Size 17 (1.40 mm) knitting needles, 55 yards/50 metres 1-ply cotton or acrylic yarn
Afghan (lace blanket) – Size 17 (1.40 mm) knitting needles, 55 yards/50 metres 1-ply cotton or acrylic yarn
Approximate finished sizes:
Cushion – 1¼-inches/3 cm square
Floor Rug – 2½-inches/6 cm by 3-inches/8 cm
Afghan (Lace blanket) – 3½-inches/9 cm square
Gauge – Gauge is not important for this project.

The second pattern includes instructions for a tray cloth/runner, chair arm covers, plus covers (antimacassars) for chair back and settee back.
For intermediate knitters, not suitable for a first project in miniature
Materials required for full set
1 x 5g ball No 80 crochet cotton or No 70 tatting thread, one pair size 19 (1.00 mm/US size 5/0) knitting needles.
Approximate finished sizes:
Chair back – 1-inch/2.5 cm by 1½-inches/4 cm
Tray cloth/runner – 1-inch/2.5 cm wide length adjustable (see pattern)
Chair arm covers – ¾-inch/2 cm by 1-inch 2.5 cm
Gauge – Gauge is not important for this project.
