Pattern for 1:12th scale Ladies shift dresses c. 1960-1970s

Materials required:
For all versions-
one pair size 19 (1.00 mm/US size 00000) knitting needles, 2 beads or buttons for neck, 2 stitch holders. Belt (optional) – 6 inches/18 cm narrow ribbon, small ring or buckle.
Yarn requirements:
Pink sleeveless mini dress – 28 yards/25 metres 1-ply wool
Knee length sleeveless dress (not shown)– 42 yards/39 metres 1-ply wool
Black short/elbow length sleeved dress – 55 yards/50 metres 1-ply wool
Petrol blue long sleeved dress – 68 yards/63 metres skeins 1-ply wool.

Approximate finished size:
Knee length dresses –
3-inches/7.5 cm neck to hem, 1½-inches/3.25 cm across hips, 1¼-inches/3 cm across bust
Mini dress – 2½-inches/6 cm neck to hem, 1½-inches/4 cm across hips, 1¼-inches/3 cm across bust
Sleeve lengths – long: 1½-inches/4 cm. Elbow length sleeve: 1-inch/2.5 cm

Gauge – Gauge is not important as dolls house dolls (like humans) vary greatly in size and proportions

Note: This pattern is designed to be mixed and matched. The sleeve variations will fit either version of the dress
