Materials required:
Stocking – Size 19 (1.00 mm/US size 5/0) knitting needles, 15 yards/12 metres 1-ply wool.
Teddy – Size 21 (0.80 mm) knitting needles, 6 yards/5.5 metres main colour 1-ply wool, 6 yards/5.5 metres first contrast colour, 6 yards/5.5 metres second contrast colour, small quantity black wool for features, small quantity stuffing, safety pins or stitch holders.
Finished sizes:
Teddy: Approx 1½-inch/4 cm tall
Stocking: Approx 1½-inch/4 cm tall
Gauge: Gauge is not important for this project, as toys can be any size.
