There is a Public Holiday in the UK on Monday 25th August, which will affect our web shop and despatching parcels.
The main office will be closed on Monday 25 August 2014. Any orders placed via the web shop on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday preceding the Public Holiday and on the Public Holiday will be processed and despatched as soon as possible when we reopen, but please be aware it may take a few extra days than normal. Telephone calls will NOT be answered on the Monday of the Public holiday.
If you have a query regarding an order placed on the web shop during this time please e-mail us via our web shop quoting your order number. We will endeavour to answer your query as quickly as possible (usually within 12 hours). All other e-mail queries and telephone calls will be answered when the office reopens after the Public Holiday.
