These are the last recommended ordering dates for any items which are ordered via our web shop, based on the UK’s published Royal Mail timetable for delivery in time for Christmas 2015:
Thursday 3rd December – Asia, Far East (including Japan), Africa, Caribbean, Central & South America, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Cyprus.
Tuesday 8th December – USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Western Europe (including Poland and Czech Republic), HM Forces (static locations)
Thursday 17th December – UK destinations
If you are not sure which area your delivery country falls in, then please check out this page http://www.royalmail.com/international-zones on the Royal Mail web site.
Please remember that this is a very busy time of the year for us and if we receive your order on or after the final ordering dates listed above, we may not have time to process your order in time for delivery before Christmas.
If your destination is greyed out on our web shop document then the last ordering date has passed and we are NOT able to guarantee shipping in time for Christmas delivery. In this event we will post your parcel as soon as possible after receiving your order*, but it will be down to the various postal services to deliver your parcel and it may not arrive in time for Christmas.
*All orders will be processed in the order they are received, so during busy times like this please place your order as soon as possible to help us avoid a backlog of orders or you missing a guaranteed delivery for Christmas.
