Materials required: size 19 (1.00 mm/US size 00000) knitting needles, 3 stitch holders or safety pins, 40 metres 1-ply yarn, 4 small buttons or beads.
Finished sizes:
Long dress – neck to hem – 2-inches/5 cm; sleeve length – ¾-inch/2 cm.
Short dress – neck to hem – 1½-inches/4 cm; sleeve length – ½-inch/1 cm.
Both dresses – hem width – 2½-inches/6 cm; waist – ¾-inch/2 cm.
Tension/Gauge – this is not important as dolls vary greatly in size, check sizing given above and use as a guide.
