Materials required: one pair of size 2.00 mm knitting needles; plus one spare size 2.00 mm knitting needle; 90 metres/97 yards/15 grams No 10 crochet cotton; 2 stitch holders or safety pins.
Finished size of sweater:
Neck to hem – 12 cm/4½-inches; Sleeve seam – 8.75 cm/3½-inches; Sleeve length – 10 cm/4-inches; Width across chest – 7.5 cm/3-inches.
Gauge – worked over rib (k 1, p 1) stitches at base:
6 rows = 1 cm and 5 stitches = 1 cm
