This is a great sweater for dolls of any/no gender–the cable panels’ placing makes it look and fit like a shaped sweater on Barbie, even though there’s no shaping. I enjoyed learning the stitches that made the cable panel, and used a tapestry needle as my “cable needle”–it worked great! I used “Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind Off” for the neckline, and it looked great after blocking while still being able to stretch over a dolls’ head to put the sweater on and take it off.
