FP 163 Ladies knitted dresses c. 1950s Price £2.75
Ability Level – Intermediate
Materials required:
For either dress: one pair size 19 (US 00000/1.00 mm) knitting needles, 2 stitch holders or safety pins
Full skirted dress – 75 metres/82 yards 1-ply yarn
Wiggle skirt dress – 50 metres/55 yards 1-ply yarn
Approximate finished sizes
Full skirted dress – 2.5 cm/1-inch at waist, 11 cm/4½-inches across base of skirt, 3 cm/1¼-inches at chest, back neck to hem = 10 cm/4-inches
Wiggle skirt dress – 2.5 cm/1-inch at waist, 3 cm/1¼-inches across base of skirt, 3 cm/1¼-inches at chest, back neck to hem = 9 cm/3¾-inches
Gauge – Gauge is not important, as dolls house dolls vary greatly in size and shape

Short sleeved bolero – 4 cm/1½-inches back neck to waist, sleeve length 2 cm/¾-inch, 4 cm/1¾-inches across underarms at back
Long sleeved bolero – 4 cm/1½-inches back neck to waist, sleeve length 4 cm/1½-inch (when cuff is folded back), 4 cm/1¾-inches across underarms at back
