There are two Public Holidays in the UK this May, which will affect our web shop and despatching parcels.
The main office will be closed on Monday 5th May 2014 and Monday 26th May 2014. Any orders placed via the web shop on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday preceding the Public Holidays and on the Public Holidays will be processed and despatched as soon as possible when we reopen, but please be aware it may take a few extra days than normal. Telephone calls will NOT be answered on these Public holidays.
If you have a query regarding an order placed on the web shop during this time please e-mail us via our web shop quoting your order number. We will endeavour to answer your query as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours). All other e-mail queries will be answered when the office reopens after the Public Holidays.
